Lo Sciocco (The Fool) premiering at Boston Underground Film Festival

Whats up film freaks? I'm excited to announce my latest short " Lo Sciocco " ( The Fool) will be premiering at this this years Boston Underground Film festival at the Brattle Theater! I love this theater and festival so much. Its truly a really special festival and I feel so lucky to be a part of it. Like most of my films this one took a while to make and was shot all on Super 8. I love Super 8 despite the fact that its kinda a bitch because you never know if its gonna come out or not. I actually lost two rolls on this one - oof. But I made it work. This one stars some of my Coagula film regulars along with with some new blood. My friend Cheyenne plays the title character the Fool. I hand painted the jumpsuit she wore in this which was both a really fun and time consuming activity but in the end well worth it. I love being involved in every creative process of making a movie , maybe its because I'm a control freak ,maybe I'm on a budget maybe both. Salty also made some really creepy masks for this I can't wait to see on the big screen. This is also the first film in a long time that I scored and actually the first one I've scored to get into a festival so thats pretty exciting. Any who, enough out of me.
